Tw: g*n, a bit of lag, and mentions of death Soo somebody picked 3 which meant I had to make this! :) Anyway so basically the characters are the New Netherlands and New Sweden which were colonies in the 1600s that were located in present day Delaware, New Jersey, and New York. (Also parts of Pennsylvania) But anyway, these two colonies did not get along but things really escalated when the New Netherlanders banned the New Sweden colony’s access to the Delaware River. They also seemed to want to provoke them by building a fort near the river to make sure they weren't using it. Then the New Swedish took Fort Casimir and renamed it Fort Trinity. This really ticked off the New Netherlander’s who retaliated by invading and ending the colony. In the end, New Sweden became part of New Netherlands until its own capture in 1667. So Yee.
