A and D to move, spaaaaaace and W to jump. Hold F and release anywhere on the blue ring to Blink. Blinking into walls will cause you to get stuck. Press R to restart if this happens. All of the levels are possible. Some just require precise timing. Others may have a hidden shortcut.
