to find what fraction a number is, put it in here, and follow the instructions there. this is a project i made a while ago, i just now wanted to use it, and found that it wasn't the best i can do now, so i improved it. improvements: added a lower bound for the first number, made the limit on how far the second number goes work much better, and made the whole thing compute without screen refresh. result: goes WAY faster (i think)
