This is a working Sitelen Pona writing engine for Scratch. Sitelen Pona is the most popular writing system for the constructed language Toki Pona, created by Sonja Lang in 2014. It consists of logograms to represent every word in the language's vocabulary. To know more: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sitelen_Pona To use this tool, first write your text in Toki Pona using the Latin alphabet, press enter and the project will automatically convert the words into characters using ligatures. Things to notice: - The font supports 285 characters (including variations). In theory, all words recognized in ilo Linku should be included. - To make a line break, use the characters '.', ',' or ';'. - To write proper names, you start with '[' and end with ']'. - Writing 'ni:' will create a right-pointing arrow. - Some glyphs support variations. Write a number at the end of a word to use a variation (most words doesn't have this function). The characters were extracted from jan Tani's repository of Fairfax Pona HD glyphs: https://github.com/cubedhuang/sitelen-pona Please credit me if you use it for your thingies. sina kepeken ilo mi la sina pona a!
