Title: One Chance ... But your voice, It changed As the fire grew taller Everything was falling apart. You started to lose control. You started making Your own scars. Painting them gracefully To distract you From your emotions. I could picture you Lighting the fire In the dark, In hopes of burning the problem Like paper. But you started a fire That didn’t give No, it didn’t give You hope It was a fire That took, greedily. Taking away from The story of your life.
