☆▪︎☆ ARC ☆ ROUND 1 ok so I loved how this turned out except SCRATCH WHY BRO THE QUALITY GOT DESTROYED. I have a higher quality version if any of the judges want to see it just lmk, I got so excited when I saw that the theme was flight because I've been wanting to draw a character with balloons for a while and this was the perfect chance loll I wanted to draw one of my characters but I ended up just drawing a really simple design because I wanted to put extra work into the background, so the characters a little boring lol, she's still cute tho. She can fly and is trying to grab balloons that flew up in the air to return to the kids who let go of them. good luck to everyone else <33
