Before using it, read this: The original or OG RTBC is on DeviantArt, and i dont like the infation arts that the owner of RTBC make of him.. so i will make this character more friendly and not violent, so please DONT MAKE INFLATION ARTS OF HIM!, also i discovered that someone made a Fanon page about him, called Rioluverse and Sagwaverse, idk that the creator created it but i didnt spotted any scummy arts (yet)
