All Vanguards in the UPEK army and navy are discharged, after being determined obsolete. The Titans played their part in the reunification of UPEK, but now their time is up. All Vanguards are now either ceremonial or being sold to UPEK's allies. There will be a replacement, and the current UPEK tank is in process of being replaced by a whole new tank.
