Hi all. As far as I’m aware, there isn’t any excessive drama going on. Nothing noteworthy. But I know that some of you are probably stressed, worried, anxious, maybe even grieving — everyone is always at a different stage in their lives. And you know what? That’s perfectly fine. Cry your hearts out, because life isn’t always great. It sure isn’t perfect, and will it ever be? Probably not. This isn’t some motivational speech about YOLO, only one life, live it to your fullest!! It’s just a real talk for a little bit. Check in on yourself today. How are you doing? That’s nice, how are you really doing? So many people we meet in our day to day lives have invisible struggles, and we do too. I’m not asking for you to tell me everything, but to tell yourself everything. Be open and honest with your own mind. It seems self explanatory, easy, even, but it can be oh so difficult to tell yourself the truth. And you know what? If you want the world to know you’re not okay, then let the world know you’re not okay. We care. It’s always okay to not be okay. It’s okay to be unsure, to be sad, to be lonely. You may be all alone, and it’s okay. It will be okay, it may never feel like it and sometimes it takes so, so long to get better, but if you want it to get better and you try to make it better, it will. On a one way street, you can’t smash into everyone else just to turn around. You’ve gotta drive a little longer. Or you can just drive through everyone else. Just be ready to pay for all that damage. What I’m trying to say is that things don’t happen overnight, and to reiterate my main statement… That’s okay. If you’re struggling, though, genuinely struggling… you don’t have to struggle alone. Reach out for help or find someone who can help you. They will. Trust me. It’s okay to not be okay, and there will always be someone who understands. You just gotta look for a little bit to find them. You all stay safe out there<3
