These specific parts circled are codes I wrote to sign in to PenguinMod or ModShare which use a way of entering codes to create an account in their websites. For the ads, the "daily ad" thing was 2 ads, yes but I think of ads as spamming as clogging the comment section up with ads to your projects, and not 2 ads in one comment. For the comment which is a singular link, it's probably an ad from a day before.
