Use these keys: 9 to turn 90 degrees, the up arrow to turn up, m to take a step, the space to 180 degrees, and the down arrow to go down. You can move the cat around the city, so have fun. Also, click the cat for a small message.
In case when you press the down arrow you can't see the cat, press m for it to move. Shout out to Yknups!
