The first number dictates the difference in motion between each particle. The second number dictates how extreme the motion of the particles will be. The defaults of the original project were 1 and 5, though 5 and 1 looks cool ;) Try decimal points too!
Added pen and variable input, also edited scripts slightly to work better with the pen.
