Hey, this was for a school project and I just wanted to know if anyone was interested in this. It was actually kind of difficult trying to fit everything on one screen. So yeah. I have a numbered list below of what I did to make this: 1. I didn't like the already made concert background, so I simply made my own. I copied some similar colors as the wall and floor. Then, I drew my own speakers. After that, I retextured the bell sprite in my own concert spotlight. 2. So the entire project was a rock band, a literal rock band, and I needed to have pictures of my rock band members, so in came the help of Google. Using the rock sprite from Scratch, I copied in textures and the material that my members were over it. In other words, I copied slate, garnet, quartzite, and skarn over the rock sprite. 3. I gave each member their respective instrument, all of them from Scratch's base other than the singer because Scratch didn't have a microphone. 4. I painstakingly dragged blocks of code over and over again until I had each member's instrument beat down. 5. I drew arms 6. I recorded me singing 7. I reviewed the song 8. Several months after deciding that this project was finished, I posted it. Hope you enjoy! Let me know if you want Part 2
Mr. Rutherford, my 5th grade teacher, and the one who issued this project. He was a great teacher and now that I'm moving on to middle school, I felt he deserved this moment in a young tween's school coding project.
