I wonder what it’s like to live in that sky, Do you watch the sunset and fall, Do you still catch raindrops on your tongue, Or are those just your tears? I wonder what it’s like to live with the stars, I wonder if you’re one too, Do you see me looking at the blinding lights, Or are you too far away? I wonder what it’s like to see the whole universe on your two feet, Do you have wings, Do you float around, like the planets that sit next to you, Spinning and spinning, I wonder if he set you back a few years. I wonder if you’re still in pain, I have to remind myself that you’re in a better place to keep me sane, I wonder if you still remember my name, Because if I shouted it, Would you recognize my voice? I wonder if you’re really ok, You didn’t deserve to be taken away, I wonder if you’re scared, Because what’s really out there once I join you, Scares me too. -grief strucken
