⏤ ⏤ 10 healthy habits to have in life (pt 1) ?! ⏤ ⏤ apr ⤵︎ 23 | 2024 ꒰ intro꒱ ♡ guys it has literally been months since I last posted. crazy right? this is the first real project in a while and I really wanted to share it with you since this is testing season and because its almost summer and we really want an awesome summer. that summer and that life starts with these 10 habits! enjoy and I hope these help <3 ꒰ textile꒱ /!\ DISCLAIMER /!\ oki ya'll, firstly I want to put in that YOU DON'T NEED THIS IN YOUR LIFE. your life is yours and I don't want to be the one to change it. these are just some habits that I adopted that really helped me when I was kinda coming out of a darker hole in my life. 1. WATER !!! It's really basic but it helps a lot. It clears your skin and helps you think clearly. It's also just good for you. 2. have a set morning and night routine your morning and night routine will set you up for success every morning. have a set time to go to sleep, wake up, and then follow your routine. it helps you not overthink what you do in the morning and gives you a way to set yourself up to have another great day! 3. eating food/don't skip meals DON'T SKIP MEALS!!! it's not good for your body and no matter how much you want that summer body, it's all fake anyway. you will be insecure at first, but healthy 3 full meals a day rather than snacking will make you feel a lot more energized and happier throughout the day. 4. take life seriously you only live life once so make it count. have fun but don't break any laws. study and work hard so that your future you will thank you. smile at random people. be nice and be grateful. life shouldn't be wasted on the silly things. don't cry over that boy, there are millions more who will want you. you get the point! anyway, this really helped me to appreciate life more and really love both myself and my life. 5. daily movement whether that's PE class or its a home workout. it doesn't matter. pilates, weight lifting, running, or just walking around with your dog. doesn't matter, just move around. especially if you were at school the whole day, get some movement in. it really helps to clear your mind and give your body the movement it needs after sitting down for so long. ꒰ outro ꒱ ♡ love you guys lotsss :D ill have a part 2 up soon because this is something that's really important to me. if you guys have any other projects or advice you want to see then just comment on a project or my profile. « ˢᵉᵉ ʸᵒᵘ ᵗᵒᵐᵒʳʳᵒʷᵎ » ☾ ☽
