if you have a bully problem and come to a agreement remix this and have them sign it and then have someone else sign it as a witness for future purposes or you can ask me and just leave my name there.
if you come to a agreement with a bully make them remix and sign this then either keep me as the witness or have someone else remix this and put their name in witness so that you have backup if it ever gets deleted,contact me if you use this so I can be a witness,the witness must put his/her name in her/himself otherwise it is invalid. please ask before remixing this project so I can monitor and be a third party witness,that means basically a un-offcial witness.
