>>> Sentence Dictation Creator <<< [the easiest way to make a dictation lesson] ⚠️ EPILEPSY WARNING: This project may contain flashing lights ⚠️ USER MANUAL: ℹ️ The music theme will turn down when creating the test, and it will turn off when you start the test. 1. ✅ Audio Test Click "audio test" to test if the sound is working. If you can not hear sound, please fix the issue before starting a dictation test 2. ✅ Creating a Dictation Test - Click on "create dictation" - Enter in the total amount of sentences that will be in your dictation (e.g. 3) - Enter in each sentence, one at a time. They will appear on screen - Enter in the amount of time you want the sentences to be displayed (the audio signals will say "start" and "stop" at each end of this time period for every question). If you enter in "text" you will enter the Text-To-Speech questions: a) how much additional time you want to display the question after dictation b) the language you want the speech functionality to read in - Enter in how much wait time you want in between questions (this allows students to look up at the screen for the next question). 5 seconds is the recommended time - Press the "s" key to start 3. ✅ Running the test - After typing "s", the test will IMMEDIATELY begin. The wait screen will show the question number of the next question. The question screen will show the sentence, along with how much time is left to copy it down. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you do a trial run of the dictation before using it to make sure that all words are visible and that the program is functioning. 4. ✅ Finishing the test - The test will automatically finish, along with a notification sound to inform students that it is completed - Type [SPACE] to show the answers, otherwise, leave the program - Thanks for using SENTENCE DICTATION CREATOR!
