Ch 2: Sorted- Lydia walked in and sat with Albus and Scorpius next to the other unsorted. After a few people passed by one by one, most of them had gotten sorted into Slytherin, except one or two like a girl named Hailey Malfoy, who looked really nice and got sorted into Hufflepuff. “Wait, if her name’s Malfoy, then she’s Scorpius’s sister! Maybe I should get to know her better.” Lydia turned around and asked Scorpius, ‘Is that your sister?’ ‘Ya that it!’ Svorpius replied Finally it was Rose’s turn. The hat barely touched on her head before shouting, ‘Gryffindor!’ The Gryffindor table burst into applause and Rose got off with a cheerful smile and took her place. After that a few more people along with Scorpius got sorted. (Scorpius was in Slytherin if u were wondering) ‘Potter Albus!’ Professor McGonagall called out. Albus walked up and Lydia looked at him anxiously. He sat and the hat shouted… ‘Gry- Slytherin!’ The slytherin table applauded so hard you thought everyone’s ears would burst off, but then after that the mumbles and whispering began. ‘A Potter, In Slytherin?’ After they had finally calmed down the sorting continued Then it was Lydia’s turn. She slowly got off and made her way to the sorting hat as all eyes fell on her, she suddenly began to feel very very nervous. Would it be with Albus and Scorpius in Slytherin or Rose in Gryffindor? The Sorting Hat was placed on her head and, ‘So which house for you?’ It thought for a minute or two as Lydia sat there nervously before The Sorting Hat finally shouted, ‘Slytherin!’ Lydia got up and made her way to the Slytherin table shooting one glance at her sister and her sister held it before looking away sadly mouthing, ‘You made your choice.’ Lydia took her seat next to Albus and Scorpius. She blushed slightly when she realised that Scorpius was sitting next to her. She decided to write a letter to Hermione that night in the Slytherin Common Room when everyone else was partying. Dear Mom, The train journey was very nice, and we made a friend! Rose didn’t like that friend so she went off and now we had a fight. I got sorted into a house, which was, don’t be mad mom, I got sorted into Slytherin. But on the bright side so did Sc- I mean my friend! And Albus, he got sorted into, I’m not going to tell you if he hasn’t told his parents. Rose got sorted into Gryffindor. I’m in the Slytherin Common Room right now, partying.
