[][][] [ What I Would Bring ] -I'm also active in gaehive! -as implied before, I am LGBTQIA+, and I don't think there's that many active LGBTQIA+ managers, + I've seen some hate, and that's terrible & I want to stop it. -i come from a bunch of different scratch communities, I do design trades, OTAs, and I give project ideas that aren't the same old things! -i have literally never listened to a kpop song in my life. I have a unique music taste, and I feel that would bring way more diversity in music to the community. -i do all my art in scratch, so I know lots of ways to get around things people think you need websites for! (spoiler: you don't need fancy thumbnails. and I can create fancy thumbnails in scratch if I need to) -aesthetic. lightbulbs. enough said. [][][] [ My Stand On Current Issues ] 1: drama drama in the community is terrible, we can all agree. I would try my best to be helpful by linking community guidelines, (That people forget) forum posts, and reminding people to report and ignore, and not involve the entire studio 2: mass reporters as we all know, the most capable manager is in a timezone that really hurts her to deal with these issues at times, staying up way too late because of internet drama. this is not okay. i'll try my best to help, but i can't be that powerful, but i could try. [][][] [ Flaws of Me Being a Manager ] -i've only been in the community for 2-4 months -i'm not THAT active there, but i'm active. -i'm not a fully aesthetic scratcher, I don't use fancy thumbnails or banners. -i sometimes cause drama when people are rude or mean, examples being when people use rating my profile as an excuse to insult me, or when they're being queerphobic.
