I changed the canvas size of my drawing from my usual 483 x 360 to 1932 x 1440 (Or just 4x the original.) To see if Scratch would lower the quality. It surprisingly didn't! Thank you @TheScratchAlt!
GOOD NEWS! This test actually went the opposite of how I expected because I tried this a few years ago with my old drawing app Sketchpad 3.5 (Only the real ones remember when I used that hideous thing...) and my the drawing I imported got extremely pixelated. I have since switched drawing apps and figured out how pixels work so since this test was a success, I will now be able to draw in a higher quality! :D
