Yes, 17 years is something to celebrate. Scratch has been around for 17 years :). Every year goes by very quickly. (If you're bored, count the number of bougis, big bougis count as small candles). So for scratch week, I made a counter before scratch week started. Of course, each day I'll add the scratch week events.
