So I'm thinking of a TAS au. i know, "an au of an UT au????" well it's more interesting. Jackie actually takes the throne, but through terminating Toriel and Asgore, her parents. She plans to terminate Aubrey, but two kids, Huni(has the lime green horns) and Polar (is the human) find out and get her executed, and Aubrey rules the underground, with her having forcefully absorbed Jackie's soul, and through experimentation from the royal scientists, she became full monster, and now the TAS timeline happens, but TAS!Chara, Huni, and Polar are the narrators.
