Who will be the king of Toasty's Adventure? It could be you! The high score is stored on a cloud variable. If you beat the high score, please continue playing until you lose all of your lives, or your score will NOT be recorded on the cloud variable! Why? Well, the high score is stored on a temporary variable so that there is no lag as there would be if the cloud variable were constantly updating. If you beat the game (score 10,000 points), your name will go on the HALL OF FAME list stored inside the project. Special notes: The highest scorer will receive recognition in game with their username printed every time users visit the store. This will be updated manually by me every day. So if you have the highest score and your name isn't showing up, just be patient! The hitbox for Nyancat is his head. Meaning, when you play as him, don't get hit in the head. You can get hit on the rainbow or poptart and be perfectly fine. Please report any bugs or glitches!
In its current state, I've managed to complete the game and I'm now deeming myself the official first Hall of Famer, which means I was the first ever to score 10,000 points and beat the game! I'm not bragging. I mean I DID create the game, but to be honest, I didn't even know if 10k points was possible until after the release of the game (lol), so it's a relief that it's a possible goal. I'm not on the cloud variable as the highest scorer because I left that for you guys to compete for. <3 It was very difficult, even for me, but it is VERY possible. I bought every upgrade, gadget and utility and finished with two lives left! In the beginning when the instructions are being printed up, you cannot die. Meaning I've made it impossible. If you get down to one life, it will remain at one life until the actual game begins, which is after the instructions go by. I didn't want anyone down and out before they knew how to play. (Take advantage of the moment by testing the effects of the honey jar, jelly bubble and peanut butter machine gun!). At the end of the tutorial, your lives reset to 3, your points and your shekels are set back to 0. This is to stop un-fair head starts!
