Roll over the thingy on the left of the screen and drag "say Hello" on to the scratch cat.
The terrain has been fixed, Level 2 is under construction. Wow, it's actually faster and smoother outside Turbo Mode. There's a major block generation glitch that fills the inventory with whereiams and say hellos. The level trigger is broken, so just press N.
