ok so im 13 and today i js got my period- i was so so shocked (and pls st, dont take this down, nobody should be embarrassed of their periods and its not an inappropriate thing to talk abt) but yeah anyway i already asked my mom, sis and friends for help/tips and uh today is the first day of my period and im so excited abt that :D do u guys have any tips?
