Sleep time isn't time to think about the world and stuff, and also, sleeping time isn't time to use your cellphone or eating stuff. Sleeping time is time to sleep and nothing else. It will be a little hard on the start. Couch: Couch time is your time to relax!!! You can watch youtube, play games, phonecall someone, etc. Creation: Creation time is time to create stuff. 1st: Don't distract yourself 2nd: Choose something that you'e working on it and work on It.
