♛ Chess ♚ - Basic Information: When you start playing, a board will appear in the center with the pieces ready, the rules are the same as those of normal Chess. To move a piece, click on it and drag it to the desired position (as long as it is within the possible movements indicated when you grab it). On the left side, you can see 4 different buttons: Export game, Import game, Forward, and Backward. On the right side, there is only one: Edit game. Below, the operation of each of these buttons will be explained. - Export game button: The function of this button is to provide you with a code with the game data, which you can save to insert later in the text box that appears when you press the “Import game” button. Thus, you can recover your game as you left it. When you click this button, a box will appear below with the code to copy, and above it, instructions on how to copy it. Once copied, click anywhere on the screen to stop displaying it. - Import game button: When you press this button, a text box will appear asking you to insert the code exported from your game to load it. - Forward button: By pressing this button, you can advance to the next move you made (if you have previously pressed the “Backward” button, otherwise, there are no more moves to advance). - Backward button: By clicking this button, you can go back to your previous move. - Edit game button: The function of this button is to edit the game to your liking: you can add and delete the pieces you want and change the turn of who has to move, you can also remove one king or both (if both sides are left without a king, the game cannot be won), or add as many as you want (as long as they fit on the board). When you press this button, 2 side panels will appear, the one on the left shows you all the white pieces available to add to the board (Pawn, Rook, Knight, Bishop, Queen, and King) and the one on the right all the black ones. To add a piece, drag it to the desired position and release it. To delete it, drag it to an edge and leave it. If you want to change the turn, click on the king icon that appears at the top left, the color it is displayed in is the color that has to move.
