Welcome to Dark Paths V.4.2.2 thank you for looking at this project. In this game you will have to overcome enemies, collect power-ups and try to get the best time. (Enter the project to see the percentage of completion you have of the game and also the best time) Using WASD keys navigate this difficult world, the hardest part about this game is the maneuverability of the character, so try hard to overcome that challenge. Have fun playing! ========================================= Tips: Explore every area possible, there are secret areas, just jump into any area, also there are multiple ways to get nearly every powerup so just remember every way you take is possible to beat and get all of the powerups, good luck. :) Return to places you've already been to. And most of all, the first NPC always has something to say, so just drop by if your having trouble with a boss or have talked to another NPC you think might effect the dialogue of this NPC. ========================================= I'm guessing you haven't heard of a metroidvania before, if you haven't, go buy hollow knight and play the scudding game. It's great and is available on all consoles as well as PC. Thanks to Hollow Knight as it was my inspiration for this game.
#METROIDVANIA ========================================= Update V.4.2.2.0 - Void Heart In this update players may explore the land and fight enemies but this time with Tenne which allows you to take multiple hits from enemies. Plus there are a lot of bug fixes and two other powerups other than Void. ========================================= Update V.4.2.1.0 - Fight the Skies In this update explore the skies better than before, with 5 more NPC's and two new boss fights each with their own challenges, ========================================= Update V.3.2.1.0 - Explore the skies In this update there is a major boost to the lore in this game, however there is not much change to the game except for some map additions, in the next update I hope to fill in these areas. ========================================= Update V.2.2.1.3 - Sublevels and NPCs In this update the two enemies get changed, also there are now 10 items to collect, and 3 NPC's which you can interact with and also sublevels. ========================================= Update V.1.2.1.0 - Orbs and Rocks: In this update the flying cat boss and the rock boss have both been buffed now both of them shooting projectiles ========================================= The first number in V.1.2.1.0 represents map changes or danger, adding new areas, switching around positions of certain power ups, keys, glosten, NPC's and enemies. The first number refers to positioning and mapping. ========================================= The second number in V.1.2.1.0 represents a change in the enemies, whether there are more or less, or whether the enemies have been made stronger or weaker.
