Mr. Sun's away again. Ms. Moon is quite distraught. I really, really want to help But it's harder than I thought. Since Mr. Sun's a colossal And way up with the stars, I cannot try and search for him, Just ask Mercury and Mars. Venus said he's on a break, Jupiter's full of dread. Saturn doesn't know where he is. Neptune's getting Uri out of bed. Ceres was sound asleep, Haumea and Makemake were hanging out. Eris wasn't paying attention And Pluto 'doesn't know what I'm talking about'. I asked Earth what I should do. She said, "Just wait and see." I know I should show respect and stuff But, uhm... like seriously? Mr. Sun, can you come back? Ms. Moon is quite distraught. I really, really want to help But it's harder than I thought.
- I guess the genre is fantasy or something. - To clear things up, colossal are just personifications of stuff like stars, planets, moons, etc. - This is the second poem I'm doing on this. - This concept is inspired by Heidi Wong's (@ItsHeidiWong on YouTube) The Day The Sun Woke Up but less spooky and more planets doing planet things. - Uri is a short name for Uranus
