Theory: It is most likely that Guilt was an infant, or slightly older, due to the fact that Guilt is shown laying in a crib next to the "Parent" at the end of the video, and also due to the existence of a crib and toys at all. In the video, we are shown that Guilt resides in the bathroom, next to the tub. By the voice lines, we can tell that Guilt is most likely a representation of the Guilt (get it?) that the parent feels after leaving their child to drown, (Evident by the tub overflowing) and pretending that it never happened (Again, evident by the tub overflowing and the voice lines given by Guilt earlier in the video.). Guilt either is a hallucination created by the parent, hating themselves for the trauma and guilt they experience/continue to feel, or a physical manifestation of the previously mentioned attributes. Note:It is also possible that the reasoning of the crib, because it’s made to be a disturbing video, was for an infant of their own, that they had already birthed, or were a parent figure of.
