You're supposed to use your mouse to move the orange cat head. Dodge the red cat heads and press the "Click for boost" button for a 10-second boost. Use the sword by clicking and if timed right, will kill enemies. Note: Theirs an over 10-second cool down before boosting again.Hide behind the brown blocks! Enemys are still allowed to climb in though.
