there's a reason why I turned off commenting it was because, some people with there username having "Foo" in the name has nothing to do with the species from E's World and they would commenting that they claim the name Foo, I understand you chose the Foo name, but it would lead controversy using the Foo name. And by the way everyone has rights to use the Foo name so you don't had to trademark the name at all.
