I’ve disliked her design for a while, mainly due to the blue, so I went and completely changed the accent color and made some slight edits to the rest of her pallet as well. On the left, she actually is already redesigned, but has no pallet edits. The design itself was changed from the original on the left, and the right was the new pallet. 2: her new design gave me lava lamp vibes so I drew her looking at a lava lamp haha. The title of this project, the thumbnail, the story behind this, the reason you’re here. The Uranium Shake Saga. So, I recently changed my pfp to this drawing. I know, no more cool 9-frame animation that took way too long. But still. This. So, for those who don’t know, I have a Toyhouse account. I’ve been more active on TH than I’ve been on scratch, and this has been for a few months. However. What many of you may not know about… is last post. Or as it’s more commonly known, lpt. Lpt stands for “last post thread,” which refers to a forum thread on TH whose full title is “Last post wins (winner gets a free post)” [no clue what a free post is, most if not all of us on the thread have no clue] Lpt is essentially a public group chat. We have a number of people who are regulars on the thread, and it can be daunting to keep track of everyone if you’re new. I posted on the thread for the first time roughly 6 months ago, so I’ve had a lot of time to get to know some people. There are a lot of regulars on the thread and I’m not sure I’m going to try to list them all because not everyone is relevant to the uranium shakes. A LOT of us are though. All you need to know atm is that this silly group chat forum thread… has lore. Two users, wilson and marx, occasionally rp on the thread and some CRAZY stuff has gone down, including marx getting posessed and wilson getting weapons out of nowhere and attacking posessed-marx to free it. which later ended up not working because it needed to be electrocuted to free the thing that was possessing it. They went to the hospital after being freed from possession, due to no longer regenerating injuries after whatever was possessing them had left haha. That rp happened over multiple days and there was a fair bit of lore and extra characters involved via alt accounts on marx’s part. The lore on this thread is wild. Now, that little story was just to give you an idea of what kind of stuff had happened before. This… the Uranium Shake Saga of the last post lore… might be even more wild. All this started roughly 4-5 days ago, on Tuesday or Wednesday. I opened lpt to see 3 users who were online at the time. Ryo, Ryne, and Kyoo. Wilson was there but had just left to watch yt so we aren’t worrying about him or anyone else: ryo, ryne, and kyoo are who we need to worry about. I noticed ryo listing a lot of side effects of “uranium milkshakes,” and asked what was going on. Kyoo informed me that they were selling some perfectly healthy uranium drinks, and asked if I wanted one. I was in the mood for a bit of chaos so naturally, I accepted. This simple act kicked off one of the most chaotic rp’s I have EVER been in. EDIT: I tried to explain everything that happened here but kinda failed. Emery, another lpt regular, has a lore doc where they have been keeping track of all the last post lore. unfortunately as of now, it’s auth only, but I will likely see if I can link it or paste its contents here.
