backstory: there were once two cats, snow and night. one day, at twilight, they met in a tree and instantly fell in love. they vowed to meet each other again at the same spot at the same time every night.one night, snow told night she was going to have kits! right at that moment, a blessing came opon the two cats. a sprit came down to them, telling them that once the kit were born, they could each have one gift. they both said to be together forever. the sprit smiled and said, you really are in love. then the sprit happily gave up its very essence for snow and night to be together. two moons later, they had two kits, a brown she-kit and a dusty red tom. they named the she-kit hazel, and the tom link. then, it hit twilight, and the sprits spell started. as snow and night looked at their kits, they fused into one being, as the sprit had promised. as they fused, the forest was filled with their love, and their souls shone like a thousand stars, as they merged in one. they then heard cats coming, and ran off, never to be seen for at least 100 moons.
