It's day 2 of Scratch Week and today's theme is "Hidden Worlds". I've always found the idea of a lost city in the sea to be really intriguing and it felt like the perfect idea to explore for this studio! Click the screen and drag back and forth to reveal the lost, hidden city I've created within the sea. This project makes use of the anaglyph effect, which is achieved by using filters of different colors to hide and reveal things within an image. Everything within the image is visible but, depending on what color filter you place over the top of the image, some items seemingly disappear or be revealed. If you want to see the full image without any of the filters, I've left a copy of it in the backdrop :) As always, I encourage you to remix. What other secrets might the sea reveal? Or perhaps you could use this technique to create your own hidden worlds within an image! Join the Hidden Worlds studio here: *boop* =^..^=

This was my first attempt at making something like this and it was a lot of fun to try! It's not perfect but I'm okay with that and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out :) Since I was new to this style of art, I wanted to make things a little easier on myself by remixing ideas and artwork I have made in the past.
