NYEH HEH HEH Character is Isania Grey. She's crazy, depressed, and most likely has PTSD(post-traumatic stress disorder) due to her past as a soldier.

Hermy is on the left and Charter is on the right. uvu This is basically explaining that Charter feels awful cause she has to leave her sister to help with the resistance, etc. plus y'know all the bad stuff she sees on a daily basis as a frontrunner of the cause. Unbeknownst to Charter, Hermy also suffers from trauma b/c of her parents death, Charter's absence and overall uncertainty about her life considering her two closest friends, Charter and Falc, are both in constant danger due to the cause that they are carrying on in the absence of her parents.
