It should run (maybe slowly, the movements should be fluid) after clicking the flag, if not, click the green flag to the left of this box. Red stop button to stop. Click the blue 'see inside' button to see how it works, its pretty simple.
Cheesy first project to check out what Scratch was actually like, and also I didn't have other ideas for what to do for my parents. Maybe I'll have to call them too, or something.
