They are her brother Featherstar of LeafClan kittens. She just visits them in their dreams. StarClan pitied her because she was unable to have her own kits because of a whole big prophecy thing where she had to die. So that's why they look like her. So technically they have two mothers and one father. Kind of like Bellerophon (greek guy).
