DISCLAIMER: THIS IS /MY/ OPINION. THIS IS HOW /I/ FEEL. IF YOU DON'T AGREE THAT IS TOTALLY OKAY BUT YOU DIDN'T MAKE THIS PROJECT THINGY /NM . .. so basically if you don't watch or read tbhk one of the side (and very one-sided) ships is aoiaoi (what aoi's name would be if she married akane) or aoikane (which i think is more specific and NOT someone's name if they married someone with the same last name as their first name). it's not the best ship and it's very much just akane obsessing over aoi. like he's incredibly obsessive to the point where it's weird. it's kind of a joke that's played of in ways like he threatens anyone that likes aoi, threatened to kiII lemon yamabuki because aoi liked him (for a day. but him and lemon are pals now :] ) by hitting him with a spiked baseball bat. and there was another time when he threatened satou and yokoo (IDK HOW TO SPELL THEIR NAMES SIGHS I JUST NO SATOU IS LIKE GOJO'S FIRST NAME WITHOUT THE R... ) [ okay i LOVE LOVE LOVE akane he's one of my favorites but sometimes he gives me the ick. he's still a great character though :333 ] conclusion is aoiaoi / aoikane is an overall toxic ship. okay so people also ship terukane. which is also incredibly toxic. teru CANONICALLY tortures akane as student council president. and since akane is (part at least) supernatural,,, he can use his weapons on akane. which he does. i think in after-school hanako-kun there's a whole chapter on it. and it's seen in some other scenes after volume 5 / around chapter 25 i think?? not sure there's a few times like before the red house arc where you may think it would be a cute ship, but teru returns to his usual self after that i think. i can't remember exactly. but terukane is kinda toxic! so is aoiaoi/aoikane! anyways in my opinion akane doesn't have any good ships and i feel bad for him but oh well. i love aoi though he's like my 4th favorite
