Tic Tac Toe is a fun children's game usually played on paper with a pencil. This game makes it so you can play on scratch! You can choose to play with a random person online, or just go against a bot set from easy, to medium, to hard (or impossible) Or if your with a friend, play one on one through your computer.
The first mode is the only one that works so far as this is a beta
