WARNING: The play button does not work at all, it will work in the level executer. An example level will show up when you load this. Press P to erase everything. Press T to toggle showing the control panel. The control panel allows you to control the things in the level. The anchor button allows you to add a static item, which has no sprite, it is stamped onto the backround with pen. The blue button adds an entity, which is an item that can not be pen stamped and needs it's own sprite. The green button with a mouse on it switches back to the mouse tool. When you're done with the level, press the yellow flag at the bottom to test it, use the mouse icon to stop. The red icon with an arrow on it compiles the level data and stores it as one item in the finished data. If you press the green flag at the top, it will erase all of your data! When you click on one of the placer tools, an object goes to the mouse. You can press space to go through the items. Click the mouse to place it. On static, you can switch between walkway, wall, or killer. Here are the entities and what they look like: TNT: A red block with a white stripe on it. Has TNT printed on it. Teleporter: A blue block with circles in the middle. Player: An orange block. Use arrow keys to move. Finish: A teal block Pushable block: A light gray block Flashing block: A red block with a cross on it Key: A key Door: A crossed-over block
I'm currently developing a game called blocked. This editor will help me produce the levels for it. If you have any ideas for the game, post them at http://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/topic/4877/ Task: Levels needed! If you want to suggest a level, create the level, remix the project, and compile! The red button at the far right of the toolbar compiles the level. Be sure to save it after you do all this. If your level is good, I will give you a love-it and a favorite on the project with the code in it. If I do, DON'T DELETE IT! I haven't backed up the level yet. Soon, I will create an engine to run the compiled code. You will have to copy the code from the list, here's how: Open the project, find the list Finished. Make sure to compile the code with the red/gray arrow first. To copy it on a PC, highlight it and press Ctrl+C. On a mac, highlight it and press Command+C. Then, to paste it, on a PC, do Ctrl+V, on a mac, do Command+V.
