Turns out I am illiterate (/j) and did not see the comment on the DTA discussing the deadlines. Next time I will look there for updates, but now it's too late to compile the DTAEs so I would really like to apologize for going past the strongly recommended three-project limit. This whole project was just a mess. Very sorry. /gen) A little notice about the upload date/time of my entries: currently I am locked out of my phone. Because it is past 9 pm for me here. And because of screen time limits I may not access my laptop or phone past that hour. So I currently have no means of uploading comics 1 and 2 + the other art to Scratch before the deadline. I have them on me but I don't have the pictures of them on Scratch. If that disqualifies them as entries to be counted, oh well. I tried. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ /lh /nm [[This project contains many mentions of bugs, in detail. Tread carefully!]] (Fullscreen recommended! Also, a fair warning for lag. I would suggest playing it through a couple of times first. Spamming the flag should probably help. ^^) --------------------------------------------------------------------- Here it is, everyone, the project I should really have seriously started /before/ exam week. Hooray! I'm very sorry for uploading it so late. I finished coloring it today. I have two hours on my laptop daily, which seems like enough, but apparently shutting yourself away in your room to work on it for two hours straight every day doesn't actually bode well for the quality of your work. Whoops. The amount of mistakes in this AMV (in animation and consistency alike) is more than a little embarrassing. Oh well. Although I'm pretty sure this is my first completed AMV, ever. So that's pretty cool I think! Even if it's not perfect it's still a pretty big milestone to hit. That's really all that matters to me here, I guess. :) Anyway, 387 frames. No updated reference sheets. First time manually tweening. First time animating backgrounds. First time animating anything bug-related. Second DTA I've ever joined. Finished in somewhere between 28--42 hours in total, but I wasn't really keeping track. Lots of firsts here. I'm glad I did this. Thanks for reading. Hopefully, thanks for watching. Your support means the whole world to me. /gen I'm kinda spent. So I'm going to go to sleep now. I'll try to upload the pictures of the comics and other art as soon as I possibly can. If it doesn't end up counting, that's fine. I'm just glad I got to be a part of this whole thing. The DTA community is incredible, this one in particular! Everyone has the raddest entries. I'm rooting for you guys. :) ---------------------------------------------------------------------
