And for a valid reason, Thrushpelt is like a breath of fresh air compared to cats like Bumblestripe and Finleap. So let’s talk about it. Thrushpelt was born to Rainfur and Windflight alongside his brother Tawnyspots and his sister Dappletail. When Bluekit was born Thrushpelt was a new warrior. Later when Bluefur was a warrior Thrushpelt was one of her closet friends, however he developed a MASSIVE crush on her. Eventually Rosetail told Bluefur about Thrushpelt crush, things then became awkward between the pair. When Bluefur became pregnant with Oakhearts kits Thrushpelt offers to act as her kits father, she said no but didn’t tell the clan otherwise. When Bluefur gives two of her three kits to Oakheart (only two because Mosskit d!ed) Thunderclan believed that a fox took the litter, Thrushpelt was visibly distraught. So why does everyone love Thrushpelt? It’s simply because compared to Bumblestripe and Finleap who became overprotective and controlling toward their love interests, Dovewing and Twigbranch respectively. Thrushpelt actually respects Bluefur and is okay that she doesn’t reciprocate his feelings. I would have loved to have seen much more from Thrushpelt because he is one of my favorite warriors.
