Bubble grinned as he followed Snow and Zera. They had only been walking for a little while but he was already anticipating what was to come. He was sure they'd all quickly become friends. Even if Snow was a little grouchy. He supposed that was to be expected. She was probably tired. "So," He started, "What do you think this quest will be like? Do you think we'll have to fight fire-breathing dragons? Or maybe swim to the bottom of the ocean? What if we have to find some extinct species and bring it back to life? Like unicorns!" He jumped up excitedly. Snow scowled, "There's no such thing as dragons. You wouldn't be able to swim to the bottom of the ocean. And unicorns have never existed." She said flatly. Zera shot the white cat a withering glare. "What she means," She said, "Is that we don't think that's going to be part of the quest. It's probably a simple puzzle or something like that." Bubble felt a little let down. "Oh." He said, "Well then." He thought for a moment about what fun things could happen even if it wasn't a super cool adventure. "When we're done, I'll have two awesome friends." Snow snorted in disbelief but Zera smiled kindly. "Perhaps, Bubble. Perhaps." She glanced up, "The trees are thinning. I'd say we're almost there. How about we camp for the night?" Bubble nodded in agreement while Snow sniffed in disdain. But she helped Zera gather some moss and put it into a hollow tree for bedding. "Goodnight!" Bubble said, curling up on his section of moss. Snow let out a small hiss. "Shh." She snapped, "I'm trying to sleep." Zera laughed quietly, "Goodnight Bubble." She said, "Goodnight Snow." Bubble smiled, happy that at least one of his companions was in a good mood. That was his last thought before he fell asleep
