This is an emulator of the Cedric computer, a 1-bit, OISC (One-Instruction Set Computer) made with carbon nanotube transistors by a research group at Stanford University, with only 178 transistors, not including memory. The program running in the emulator is the multi-tasking program from the Nature article (the 3rd link.)
