Hi there welcome to youwillbeokpodcast today’s episode is episode 3 anxiety and I will talk about the 4 main types of anxiety. And disclaimer I am just speaking from experience because lucky me I have my fair share of all of them. 1. Generalized anxiety disorder. GAD for short is general anxiety and things that make “normal” people nervous, will cause you to have an anxiety attack. Anxiety attacks can normally feel like only the worst is going to happen or severe dread. 2. Panic disorder. Panic disorder is a lot like anxiety but the only difference is that instead of taking something to trigger an anxiety attack it happens randomly. Like literally once it happened just out of nowhere it can and will happen at any time and you will never know when it’s coming. 3. Social anxiety disorder. This is exactly like GAD but it happens when interactions have to happen. Examples of this is anxiety during a drive through, ordering food, or trying to make new friends. 4. Phobias. Most people have phobias and they’re actually 2 types of phobias. 1 is natural where you are born with it so like every human has it like falling and heights. 2 is trauma induced like I have a phobias of blood, doctors, hospitals, and needles and those are trauma induced.
