Volt was an 18 year old male who was electrocuted to death by an electrical accident at his school. His death happened to have happened near an open Chromebook with Scratch open on it. His soul/spirit was transferred into the Scratch Cat sprite, causing it to change rapidly. Due to dying to electricity, his body changed to match up with the new found electricity.
