The Celestials realized, upon their creation of life, that they must have protection from the Antiverse, and any creatures that may arise from it's depths. So, The Celestials created the first sentient life. This life was called radiolaria. The Radiolaria, also called Radiozoa, are protozoa of diameter 0.1–0.2 mm that produce intricate mineral skeletons, typically with a central capsule dividing the cell into the inner and outer portions of endoplasm and ectoplasm. The elaborate mineral skeleton is usually made of silica. Radiolarians have many needle-like pseudopods supported by bundles of microtubules, which aid in the radiolarians buoyancy. The cell nucleus and most other organelles are in the endoplasm, while the ectoplasm is filled with frothy vacuoles and lipid droplets, keeping them buoyant. The radiolarians can often contain symbiotic algae, especially zooxanthellae, which provide most of the cell's energy. Some of this organization is found among the heliozoa, but those lack central capsules and only produce simple scales and spines. The Radiolaria evolved, growing more intelligent as time went on, and to reproduce, the radiolaria created lakes, filled with radiolarian liquid. Radiolarian liquid is known by its distinct white color, and the ability to produce electricity (Often colored white). However, the radiolarians had no means to protect the forest, and so, created shells to hold themselves. Robotic mechs that would act as their bodies. These are called Units. To add to this, they became a collective mind, and gained symmetry. The Vex industrialized the entire solar system that earth was located in, turning all of the planets into large mechanical dodecahedrons, that act as the factories the Vex units are created in. There are several subminds, and each submind acts as a collective mind, meaning every individual vex unit is connected to any others in its corresponding submind. The Vex have a hierarchy, not by feats, but by the size of their patterns, which act like their experience. The highest of these are called Axis minds. Axis minds control large groups of Vex units, and bear incredibly powerful weaponry. The Vex have taken interest into everything they believe to be superior to them, such as The Veil. However, one entity they worship is called The Vault of Glass. The Vault of glass is the nexus of all time. To further the Vex's goals of writing themselves into the very fabric of reality, the vex desired to control the vault of glass' time warping abilities. There are several Axis minds that have led attempts, but there has been only one semi-successful Vex unit to do so. This Nexus mind was the first successful axis mind in the vault, and was treated as a complete conductor, and had supreme control over the vex collective. The Axis mind in question was known as Xurnas, Nexus prime. After a while, Xurnas became dormant, beckoning to be awoken again. After this, the Vex created axis mind after axis mind, to act as their next god-king. The title of this became a tier in the hierarchy, specifically part of the glass detective. This tier was called: Nexus lord. One nexus lord, was known as Aethex, time's construct. Aethex created a massive army of incredibly large vex units. Each equipped with time-altering weaponry. They were made to converge on all points of time and make their control absolute. They are deemed nearly unstoppable, and so before they were activated, the Celestials imprisoned them within the vault, only to be awakened upon the witness' advance upon the multiverse. It was said that there are trillions of units, ready to be awakened.
- Hezen Corrective: The Hezen Corrective is a programming located on Venus, with the primary objective of seeking out and destroying the House of Winter, a faction of the Fallen army. They are plain bronze -Hezen Protective The Hezen Protective is a programming located on Venus, with the primary objective of defending the Vault of Glass and the Endless Steps. They are gold with white stripes -Sol divisive The Sol Divisive is a programming located in the Black Gardens of earth, most of which are frozen in rapture. Very few members of the group are active, but the ones that are very religious, due to the word "disciple" appearing in their names. They are green with moss hanging from their bodies. -Sol Primeval The Sol Primeval (a.k.a Precursors, not to be confused with the first beings of the same name. ) is a programming located inside of Venus. They are completely white, with gold detailing. -Sol Progeny The Sol Progeny is a programming located in the ruins of the planet neptune, but have also been found in Verala. They are grey, with red detailing -Virgo Prohibition The Virgo Prohibition is a programming located on Venus and Mars. They infiltrated and attacked the Planet IO. They are portrayed in black and blue. -Lunar derivative The Lunar derivative, also known as the "Azelphi" is a massive programming, originating from earth's moon, they have colonized a continent of Verala, which is now called Rozombria, in veralian, meaning: "Dark pollution." They are portrayed in dark grey, and red detailing. -Glass detective The glass detective is a programming dedicated to controlling and protecting the Vault of Glass. They are portrayed as having a titanium-grey inner skeleton, and a clear shell covering the endoskeleton. They have crystal like shards protruding from their back, and glow a faint bluish white. (CM) —————————— A complete conductor is the term for a single being, Vex or non-vex, that fused their pattern, conscious, into the Vex collective, able to control the entire Vex network. There have been 2 known Complete conductors. The first, was Xurnas. Xurnas was the very first Complete conductor, originally being an Axis mind, which communed with the Vault of glass, which gave it control over the Vex Network, and made it the most dangerous adversary to Exist. It was said that Xurnas was able to challenge Ankareeda directly, and was nearly successful in flooding her dimension with Radiolaria, planning to create an Overmind. The second Complete Conductor, Known as A.R.G.U.S, was an old Russian Ai that was able to interface a Vex Sub-network node, and was able to control the network. Argus used the vex to re-shape Earth, and re-structure life there. A.R.G.U.S is an ally to Aelfemer, and is the main host of the festival of flowers. The third Complete Conductor, known as the Templar, was a powerful Axis mind, hoping to finished Xurnas’ goals. It was not powerful enough to withstand Ankareeda’s powers, and was expunged from reality. The Vault of glass is connected to Ankareeda, as the Vault represents different realities and timelines, whilst Ankareeda represents the different realities.
