Hey, I've been experiencing derealization A LOT recently (like for 2 months straight- (• ▽ •U) help- ) so I thought, "What if I made something to help people out! so here are some tips and tricks to fighting off derealization!!! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Pinching your hands, you may think this won't work, but it helps out a lot!! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2. Cold showers or baths, this will help also for feeling something different!! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3. Avoid music, and try to go outside to listen to the sounds!!! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 4. Try to sleep a more, I know this is one of those "But I don't wannnaaaaa" or "I have so much stuff to dooo" I totally understand but they can be done tomorrow! Also for those who have insomnia this isn't necessary completely!! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 5. Stay off electronics more often, its hard to get away from the screens that keep us captivated, but this will help slow your brain!!
