This idea of a series circuit is for the younger learners, showing how a circuit works. Showing how the light goes on and off. When you click on the ‘On’ Sprite, the circuit will close, and the light will go on. When you click on the ‘Off’ Sprite the circuit will open, and the light will go off. • What would you like learners to learn from this project? The learners will learn how an electric circuit works. • For what purpose did you design this project in relation to the school curriculum topic? The project is for grade 6 learners and how to interact with a series circuit. • What purpose do the coding blocks, images, audio, backdrops serve in relation to this project? I used broadcasting. I used a song. When you click on the ‘On’ Sprite, the lightbulb will glow and when you click on the ‘Off’ Sprite the lightbulb will go off. I adjusted the brightness that the lightbulb will shine when you press the ‘On’ Sprite. I coded my Sprite to open and close the circuit.
